Application/Test Requirements
Internet-capable mobile device such as a "SMART PHONE", ("TABLET", or "LAPTOP" if Wi-Fi available)
Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Apple Safari must be downloaded (no kindle products), and your device must have the ability to take pictures
Valid email address that you can access (you will need to access this email in class to create an account and print your permit)
State-issued Photo ID card, Driver License, or Passport.
Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Credit Card with minimum $28.65 to pay for OLCC application fees
Social Security Number.
If you don’t have a Social Security Number, please contact the OLCC during business hours after submitting your application.
• Class course is approximately 3 HOURS in length and instructor will stay after class to help students finish application process and take their test
• Class can also be used by those needing their "RENEWAL".
